How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on the product and supplier but typically range from 7–15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping options in the near future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking your order history.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most unused, unopened items. Some items (like personalized or health-related products) may not be eligible for return. Please contact us before returning any item to confirm eligibility and get return instructions.
How do I request a return or exchange?

Absolutely. Every item in our store is hand-picked or designed with the unique needs of giant breed dogs in mind. Sizing and product descriptions are tailored for large and extra-large dogs.
How do I know if a product is right for my breed?
We include size charts and breed suggestions on product pages whenever possible. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit for your dog.
What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
We’re always expanding our inventory. If there’s a product you need but don’t see in the store, let us know at gntbrddmn@gmail.com — we may be able to source it for you.
