Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Our products ship from various warehouses across the U.S. and internationally. Estimated delivery times:

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking info to update once the package is in transit.

Split Shipments
Due to multiple suppliers and warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged extra.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
- Check with neighbors, building staff, or local post office.
- Contact us within 7 days so we can help initiate an investigation or reship.
International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and may be charged upon delivery depending on your country’s laws.
