We want you to feel confident ordering from Giant Breeds Supply Co. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or brand listed on the packaging. Contact us first to initiate a return.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, treats, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Health & personal care products (if opened)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items not in original condition or damaged (not due to our error)
  • Items missing parts
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. You’ll receive an email confirming receipt.
  2. We’ll notify you of the refund approval status.
  3. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your card issuer or bank (it may take time to post).
  • If still unresolved, contact us at gntbrddmn@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at gntbrddmn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Further return instructions will be provided.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive store credit for the value of the return.
  • Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

Return instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return without tracking.
